Poly (Polycrystalline Diamond Powder)

Properties

• Poly is Detonation-synthesized polycrystalline diamond micron powder
• metallic-grey, superior toughness, good self-sharpening.
• The lapping and polishing efficiency of Poly is 2 to 4 times higher than that of mono-crystalline
       diamond,Silicon Nitride, Corundum and other abrasive materials.
• Poly can be made into compounds and many other types of abrasive tools that provide extremely
       superior smoothness on workpiece.
• When applied to the surface of a workpiece (for example, the inner surface of a cylinder in
       an engine) via chemical plating method, the wearability of the surface is superior to that of a
        surface treated with any other materials.
